Our clients love working with us, just read what they have to say!
Jenna provided an excellent and expert service as our Race, Gender and Wellbeing Advisor. Incredibly knowledgeable, easy to get along with and quick to support, Jenna’s partnership with us was greatly valued. Jenna also created and delivered a workshop for the D&I Committee, which was extremely well received. Her knowledge around mental health awareness and support was much appreciated as well. As an expert in D&I and wellbeing, Jenna has my highest recommendation.
Jenna’s profound understanding of diversity and inclusion is truly impressive. From the moment we started to work together, it was evident that she possessed a comprehensive understanding of the complexities surrounding these vital aspects of organisational culture. Her ability to navigate the intricate dynamics of diverse teams and foster an inclusive environment is nothing short of remarkable.
Jenna is an absolutely brilliant diversity and inclusion adviser. She has exceptional knowledge and expertise in the field, and she is always up-to-date on the latest research and best practices. I am so happy that we hired Jenna. She has made a significant impact on our company’s diversity and inclusion efforts. She has helped us to develop a more inclusive workplace culture, and she has also helped us to attract and retain a more diverse workforce.
About Leadership Coaching
How does it work?
Each organization is unique, which means it will also have distinct challenges and context. This is why each COTG programme is tailored to your organization or team.
Once you decide to go ahead, Ignite Inclusion will issue a a Coaching GIZMO assessment to each cohort participant, to be completed individually. Follow up sessions will each span 30- 60 minutes with all participants (additional sessions can be arrange for an extra cost) for the duration of the programme. These are led by Ignite Incusion, as designated COTG co-pilots. Participants should be ready to use new coaching skills from the second session, and will also be paired with a buddy for accountability across the programme.
As the underlying principle of COTG is to create everyday leadership, participants should continue to apply these skills after the programme is over. As part of the programme, a handover session is included in the price of your programme for your HR team, L&D experts, or COTG champions.
What to expect?
Participants will learn skills to coach on the go, building these new capabilities into their daily interactions. Apart from the dedicated time spent in the sessions with Ignite Inclusion, participants should expect to spend and additional 15-30 minutes a week, developing these skills.
Why should we do this in our company?
The research supporting this approach is based upon the premise that:
We are all leaders, irrespective of hierarchy.
- Leadership is an outcome of collective behaviour – it’s collaborative. We all have a role to play.
- Coaching skills need to be thought of as activities that are integrated within everyday management practice rather than something that is always a separate distinct activity.
- We are developing our skills as leaders-who-coach, rather than trying to BE coaches.
This approach is highly flexible and has helped many organizations enhance people and business practices.
Case Study: Strengthening Resilience in a Global Consulting Firm
A senior leadership team within a global consulting firm was grappling with low engagement, rising burnout, and a wave of regretted staff losses in the aftermath of Covid. With increasing workloads and mounting pressure, the risk to performance and team cohesion was significant — particularly as the team’s role was central to the firm’s global reputation.
To break the cycle, a Leaders-who-coach programme was introduced, helping leaders and their teams develop coaching capabilities that enhance resilience, communication, and effectiveness. Through interviews, individual skills reports, and a series of co-delivered workshops, a foundation for psychologically safe conversations and sustainable collaboration was rebuilt.
The impact was clear: an NPS of 89%, with 88% learning new skills and 87% planning to change their behaviour. Participants reported practical gains in listening, questioning, and workload management — directly strengthening the team’s ability to retain and support high-performing talent.
Case Study: Developing Line-Manager Capabilities in Local Government
A divisional team within a local government body managing a £200m+ budget identified the need to strengthen how line managers supported their teams. A hierarchical structure was slowing down response times to internal clients, and research outputs were too siloed to provide meaningful, cross-cutting insights. The team recognised that a shift toward more reflective, people-centred leadership could drive both efficiency and engagement.
The Leaders-who-coach programme was introduced as a practical, skills-based approach to developing line-manager capability. In-depth interviews were conducted with four team members to shape how the COTG Skills Report would be framed and shared. Guides were provided to help participants introduce the programme to their teams, creating a built-in mechanism for accountability. GIZMO assessments were completed and COTG Skills Reports were received ahead of a series of three workshops — the first two facilitated externally, and the third led by internal volunteers. Emphasis was placed on practical experimentation and immediate application of learning.
The programme delivered strong results: 96% of participants said they would recommend it, 88% learnt new skills, and 99% planned to change their behaviour as a result. Encouraged by this success, the approach was rolled out more widely across the organisation, helping embed a more empowered, responsive leadership culture.
