Ignite Inclusion was founded as a response to the overwhelming need for workplaces and organisations to speak more candidly and openly about diversity, equity, and inclusion.

In-person Training & Consulting

Corporate Training
Corporate diversity training focuses on educating employees and leaders about diversity in the workplace, including culture, race, gender, religion, neurodiversity and socio-economic background. Virtual Training & Consulting
Virtual diversity and inclusion training and consulting services provide organizations with the tools and knowledge they need to create a diverse and inclusive workplace via a remote connection. Our virtual options use common platforms such as zoom, teams or bluejeans to deliver training sessions that achieve the same aims as in-person training and facilitation. Virtual spaces can also have the added benefit of allowing participants the autonomy and safety of interaction from their own space.
Any of our diversity training sessions can be delivered virtually, such as unconscious bias, allyship, or guidance for mentorship. Our consulting services are also offered remotely, often blended with in-person sessions to reduce costs. Furthermore, remote diversity consulting allows clients from different geographies to connect with our diversity consulting services.
