Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

This essential training equips both employees and employers with the knowledge and tools to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace. Covering key topics such as legal definitions, reporting procedures, prevention strategies, and individual rights, the course is designed to help participants confidently identify, prevent, and respond to incidents of sexual harassment.

In light of updates to the UK Worker Protection Act 2023—which amended the Equality Act 2010—the legal obligations of employers have become more stringent. As of October 2024, UK employers are now legally required to take proactive steps to prevent sexual harassment in the workplace. This includes protecting staff not only from colleagues but also from third parties such as customers and suppliers.

Awareness and behaviour-based training plays a critical role in helping employers meet these duties. By completing this course, businesses of all sizes can ensure compliance with current legislation, reduce risk, and contribute to a workplace culture grounded in respect, safety, and professionalism.

values that we believe in

Collaboration

Collaborating on diversity and inclusion initiatives is crucial to building a workforce that is representative, respectful, and empowered.

Diversity encompasses a broad range of differences, including but not limited to race, gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, physical abilities, and cultural backgrounds. Embracing diversity ensures a rich pool of perspectives, experiences, and ideas, which can drive creativity, innovation, and problem-solving within the organization.

Empowerment

Empowerment on diversity and inclusion is a transformative approach that aims to create an inclusive and equitable workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and heard, regardless of their diverse backgrounds and identities. By providing employees with the tools, resources, and support they need, organizations can foster a culture of empowerment that embraces diversity and ensures everyone’s contributions are recognized and appreciated.

Dedication

Dedication to diversity and inclusion at the workplace signifies a steadfast commitment by an organization to create an environment where every employee feels valued, respected, and empowered, regardless of their individual differences. This dedication goes beyond mere compliance with diversity policies, as it entails actively promoting a culture that celebrates diversity, cultivates inclusion, and strives for equitable opportunities for all.

Science-Based

Incorporating science-based values into diversity and inclusion initiatives at the workplace involves leveraging empirical research and evidence to shape policies, practices, and attitudes. By grounding these efforts in scientific principles, organizations can ensure that their diversity and inclusion strategies are effective, impactful, and sustainable.
